Connecting Corridors Fireside Chat : Alternative sources of funding for real estate development
In our quest to create equitable pathways to revitalize communities, private financing has its limitations. Especially in the case of building homes and commerical spaces at the neighborhood scale and context. To accomplish this its going to take creative captial stacks to finance a built environment where everyone is able to live, work, and play.
We invite you to join us to learn more about our organization and how we can work to revitalize corridors throughout our community and yours as well as initiatives that you can participate in with us. You'll be joined by real estate broker Jason Hyman of The Office of Jason T. Hyman as he moderates a discussion among 3 experts in alternative funding sources. Hear from Jason Grant, program manager for LISC Houston, Nikki Knight program manager of The Greater Southeast Management District, and founder/developer of Commonplace, Atif Qadir, AIA for this years 1st fireside chat on connecting corridors.
